Jill Williams | Portfolio
Jill is a Georgia native watercolor artist and instructor specializing in luminous landscapes inspired by the South’s misty rivers and rolling hills, with recent expansion into the dramatic vistas of the American West. She holds a BFA in Painting (1991) and BA in Art Education (1993) from the University of West Georgia. Since then, she has worked as an illustrator, graphic designer, and full-time fine artist.
Jill has taught art to all ages since 2014 and runs a popular online watercolor subscription since 2020, welcoming students worldwide. In 2021 she became a full-time nomad and bus-lifer, crossing the U.S. twice and serving as a field seminar instructor for the Yellowstone Forever Foundation. A member of the Montana Watercolor Society, Georgia Watercolor Society, and Booth Western Art Museum Guild, she exhibits regularly and leads workshops with warmth, structure, and a passion for helping painters grow.
