As a one-person business, I personally handle all inquiries with care. My customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 12 PM. I check messages daily during these hours and will respond within 24 hours, no later than the following business day.

To Login make sure you have selected 'Log In', rather than 'Sign Up', before entering your credentials. Once logged in, click the Account icon in the upper right, and choose My Subscriptions or My Programs to locate your workshops and/or subscriptions. Click their icons to open the content. If you still have issues, please send me a note and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
