Welcome to Watercolor with Jill! By subscribing to any tier, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and our Privacy Policy (www.watercolorwithjill.com/privacy). Please read both carefully. These T&Cs govern your access to and use of the subscription service, including all content, resources, and community features provided by Jill Williams Watercolor at www.watercolorwithjill.com.

1. Subscription Details

1.1 Tiers and Access: We offer three monthly subscription tiers, each providing personal, non-transferable access for non-commercial use only:

• Essential Access: $9.99/month – Core watercolor tutorials and resources.

• Expanded Access: $14.99/month – Essential + additional demos, live sessions, and community features.

• Legacy Access: $29.99/month – Expanded + premium archive access, exclusive content, and priority support.

1.2 Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older and provide accurate payment and contact information.

1.3 Content Changes: We may update content (e.g., tutorials, resources) at our discretion to maintain value, with notice via email or the account menu (Section 6).

2. Payments and Billing

2.1 Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD (inclusive of applicable taxes) to your payment method on file. Billing occurs on your join date and renews automatically every 30 days unless canceled.

2.2 Failed Payments: Provide valid payment info. Failed payments may suspend access until resolved in My Wallet within your account menu (upper right corner).

2.3 Currency and Fees: All payments are in USD. You are responsible for any transaction fees.

3. Cancellation and Upgrades

3.1 Process:

• Cancel: Anytime via My Account > My Subscriptions in your account menu (upper right corner).

• Upgrade: Cancel your current subscription, then purchase the desired tier via My Account > My Subscriptions. Access to the new tier begins immediately.

• Downgrade: Cancel your current subscription, then purchase the lower tier via My Account > My Subscriptions. Any unused portion of your previous month's payment will be credited toward the cheaper tier.

3.2 Effect: Cancellation stops future billing—no prorated refunds. You retain full access until your billing cycle ends.

3.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled.

4. Member Responsibilities

4.1 Compliance: Use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Do not share links, access, or content with non-members. Violations may result in subscription suspension (per Section 5).

4.2 Conduct: Engage respectfully in community features. Disruptive behavior may lead to suspension or termination without refund.

4.3 Information: Keep payment and contact details accurate in My Wallet within your account menu.

5. Suspension and Termination

5.1 Our Rights: We may suspend or terminate your subscription at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations (e.g., sharing content, disruptive conduct, non-payment). Suspension allows investigation; termination ends access immediately.

5.2 Effect: No refunds for suspended or terminated subscriptions. Terminated members may not rejoin.

6. Discontinuation or Modification of Service

6.1 Our Rights: We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the service (in whole or part) with 30 days’ notice via email or account menu.

6.2 Compensation:

• Monthly subscribers receive access until the end of their current billing cycle.

• At our discretion, we may offer equivalent value (e.g., extended access or alternative content).

6.3 Refunds: Prorated refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered at our sole discretion. Submit requests to jill@jillwilliamswatercolor.com within 30 days of notice.

6.4 Notice: Delivered via email, account menu, or community channels.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Warranties: Content is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results.

7.2 Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7.3 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., technical issues, natural disasters).

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership: All content is owned by Jill Williams Watercolor and protected by copyright.

8.2 License: Subscribers receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use during their active term. No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission.

9. Privacy

9.1 Policy: Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy (www.watercolorwithjill.com/privacy), compliant with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

9.2 Communications: By subscribing, you consent to membership-related emails (e.g., billing, updates).

10. General Provisions

10.1 Governing Law: These T&Cs are governed by the laws of [Insert Your State/Country, e.g., California, USA], without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Entire Agreement: These T&Cs and Privacy Policy form the full agreement, superseding prior versions.
